Spread Your Wings, LLC. – ILS Services is hiring a part-time, entry-level Life Skills Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in developing independent living skills. The role involves coaching clients on cooking, budgeting, hygiene, goal planning, and scheduling; documenting progress; and spending 90% of the time in the field. The position is based in the East Bay, requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, English-Spanish bilingual ability, and computer literacy, and pays $22.50 per hour on a Monday–Friday day shift with occasional Saturday work.
