Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring a male Life Skills Coach for its Independent Living Services program. The full-time role is 30 hours per week on a morning shift, with 90% of the time spent in the field coaching clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in areas such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene. The coach will help clients set goals and schedules, document progress, and collaborate with program staff. The position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, background-check clearance, computer literacy, and the ability to work in North Orange County; bilingual Spanish-English ability is preferred, as is behavioral health experience.
