Spread Your Wings, LLC. – ILS Services is hiring a full-time Life Skills Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in developing independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene. The role involves coaching clients, creating weekly goals and schedules, documenting progress, and spending 90% of the time in the field while collaborating with program managers and other staff. The position covers the San Clara area, runs Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., pays $22 per hour, and offers medical insurance, vacation and sick time, mileage reimbursement, and advancement opportunities.
