The Assistant Café Leader supports the Café Leader by leading daily café operations, coaching and developing team members, managing labor and food costs, supporting hiring and onboarding, and maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. The role requires hospitality leadership, POS, food-handling, and inventory experience, along with ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol Safety, and CPR/AED certifications.
