The role partners with program, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams to identify cost opportunities, lead Cost Loop workshops, develop what-if cost studies, and represent material cost attributes at program forums. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least seven years of automotive product development experience, and experience managing design, sourcing, or cost analysis for specified vehicle commodities. The position is hybrid, requires onsite presence four or more days per week, and offers a base salary range of $65,100 to $166,200.
