Description
The JCC is hiring a female Lifeguard to monitor and protect swimmers during female-only swim times, enforce pool rules, maintain pool cleanliness and water quality, assist with swimming meets, and administer first aid. The role requires American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification, plus Baltimore County and Baltimore City Pool Operator certification; two years of lifeguarding experience is preferred. The position works weekends and weekdays, including early morning, midday, evening, and split shifts, and pays $18 per hour with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
