Description
The part-time Lifeguard works under the Aquatics Operations Supervisor at the Pavilion Aquatics Center and Rainbow Falls Waterpark, monitoring assigned pool zones, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, maintaining certification through CPR, First Aid, and lifeguarding training, inspecting equipment, assisting with cleaning and maintenance, and providing customer service. The role pays $16.00 per hour and follows a Monday-Friday 3:45–8:15 p.m. and Saturday 6:45 a.m.–6:15 p.m. schedule, with year-round or seasonal employment possible. Candidates must meet lifeguard certification prerequisites, including swimming, water-treading, object-retrieval, vision, and written and practical tests, and must be at least 15 years old.
