Description
Exos is hiring a Lifeguard to monitor pool safety, enforce pool rules, respond to injuries and emergencies, teach private and group swim lessons for children and adults, support swim program development and marketing, and help maintain cleanliness of the aquatics center. The role requires lifeguarding certification (or the ability to obtain it at hire), CPR/AED and First Aid certification, and prior lifeguarding or swim instruction experience. Compensation is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, and full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
