Description
The Lifeguard monitors swimming pool users, enforces safety rules, responds to emergencies, performs water rescues, CPR, and first aid, completes incident reports, maintains pool-area cleanliness, conducts safety checks, and supports campground recreation activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current lifeguard certification, current CPR/AED and first aid certification, strong communication and guest-service skills, and the ability to swim and work outdoors for extended periods. Prior lifeguarding or recreation experience is preferred, and KOA does not sponsor visas.
