Description
Aquatics Lifeguard role at Life Time focused on maintaining safety at indoor and outdoor recreational and lap pools, monitoring pool decks and water slides, assisting with aquatics events, greeting members, responding to emergencies, and keeping the pool area clean and orderly. The role requires current or bridgeable lifeguard and CPR/first aid certification, strong swimming and rescue abilities, and the capacity to work for long periods in a physically active environment. A high school diploma or GED is being pursued, and customer service experience is preferred.
