The Centre Powered by Phelps Health is hiring full-time and part-time Lifeguards to maintain safety, supervise members and guests, provide life-saving assistance, maintain pool and emergency equipment, and communicate with EMS. The role requires current Lifeguard certification, CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire, and strong communication skills; Water Safety Instructor certification and two years of part-time lifeguard experience are preferred.
