Description
Sarasota Sharks Inc. is hiring a Lifeguard to monitor and protect patrons at its aquatic facility, respond to emergencies, enforce pool rules, support swim programs, maintain water chemistry and safety equipment, and complete administrative records. The role requires a minimum age of 16, current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification or equivalent, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen certifications, physical fitness, and strong interpersonal and emergency-response skills. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with a free monthly Open Swim membership and professional development opportunities.
