Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a casual lifeguard to supervise pool and poolside activities on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends. The role pays £13.48–£13.92 per hour plus 10% unsocial-hours pay for qualifying shifts, with no fixed hours and work available only when the council requires it. Applicants must be skilled swimmers and sports enthusiasts; NPLQ holders receive priority, and the council may fund an NPLQ course subject to a swim test and course availability.
