Wiltshire Council is hiring a lifeguard to supervise pool and poolside activities on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends. The role pays £26,016–£26,847 pro rata plus 10% unsocial-hours pay for qualifying shifts, requires 18.5 hours per week, and seeks candidates with strong swimming ability, customer service skills, and enthusiasm.
