Description
The YMCA is hiring a Lifeguard to monitor pool areas, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, perform rescues and first aid or CPR, conduct equipment and facility safety checks, maintain cleanliness, assist members and guests, and keep incident records. The role requires a minimum age of 16, current Ellis Lifeguard License, CPR, AED, basic first aid, and emergency oxygen certifications, strong swimming and physical fitness, and the ability to remain alert and attentive. Prior lifeguard experience is preferred but not required, and training may be provided. The position pays $15.00 per hour.
