Description
Premier Aquatics is hiring a part-time, hourly Lifeguard Manager for the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center to oversee day-to-day aquatic operations, supervise lifeguard and customer service staff, mentor and evaluate lifeguards, conduct training, enforce facility rules, support birthday party reservations, and assist with opening/closing procedures. The role requires lifeguard experience, strong customer service, weekend/holiday availability, physical fitness, and the ability to maintain StarGuard Elite certification, with compensation of $18.00-$21.00 per hour for seasonal work.
