The Lifesharing Coordinator connects individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to Lifesharing provider homes, supports person-centered planning and successful transitions, trains providers, monitors safety and regulatory compliance, coordinates community resources, and maintains documentation. The role is based in the Lehigh Valley region with a primary office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and includes community-based work, administrative duties, on-call coverage, and possible after-hours direct care.
