Lifesharing is a contracted provider opportunity for an adult with an intellectual disability to live in the provider's home. The role requires a home with one or two private bedrooms, safety and insurance standards, criminal and child-abuse clearances, and residence in a specified Pennsylvania service county. Providers receive a non-taxed stipend starting at $2,300 per month, along with sign-on and referral bonuses, training, on-call support, and respite coverage.
