Description
The Lifestyle Director manages and directs a 60-resident community’s full-time social activity program, developing annual plans, overseeing department administration, recruiting and managing Lifestyle Assistants, Drivers, and Concierge personnel, scheduling activities and transportation, and managing activity budgets. The role requires at least 21 years of age, two years of activity director or activity assistant experience in an independent living, assisted living, or skilled nursing community, Microsoft Office knowledge, a valid driver’s license, a positive criminal background screening, and the ability to multitask. Activity Professional Certification, local recreational knowledge, and a CDL are preferred.
