This role involves managing diverse requests related to travel, retail, and entertainment, requiring extensive knowledge of these sectors and exceptional communication skills. The manager will act as an advisor to members, proactively suggesting lifestyle enhancements, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese proficiency, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
