Buckner Retirement Services is hiring a part-time Lifestyle Associate for its Westminster Place community in Longview, Texas. The role plans and coordinates resident programs and events, develops individualized activities, supports residents’ social, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and recreational well-being, assists with communications and transportation, and promotes positive relationships with residents, families, and guests. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of aging and residents’ rights, strong communication and teamwork skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physical activities and work independently with moderate supervision.
