Plug and Play is hiring a full-time LifeTech Program Manager to launch, operate, and grow its LifeTech Accelerator in Indianapolis. The role leads curriculum and program design, startup recruitment and support, corporate partner engagement, mentorship, ecosystem development, reporting, and analytics. It requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years of experience in program management, accelerator management, startup operations, or a related Life Sciences role, strong communication and organizational skills, and on-site work in Indianapolis, Indiana.
