Description
LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time LifeWise Teacher to teach Bible-based classes to churched and unchurched public school students. The role involves completing certification and ongoing training, lesson planning and curriculum delivery, classroom management, student relationship building and prayer, attendance and roster recordkeeping, classroom upkeep and emergency procedures, and communication with school personnel, volunteers, families, and the community. Candidates need at least two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting, mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy’s Statement of Faith, and active participation in a compatible local church. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with a retirement plan including employer match.
