Description
The Lift Maintenance Supervisor leads the resort’s lift maintenance department, supervising mechanics and scheduling maintenance, projects, staff, and parts while managing costs, safety, inspections, documentation, and operational systems. The role requires year-round aerial and surface lift experience, mechanical troubleshooting, basic electrical and hydraulic knowledge, equipment operation, and a flexible schedule covering weekdays, weeknights, weekends, days, afternoons, and nights. Compensation is $20.00–$29.00 per hour based on experience, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
