Description
The Lift Operator/Attendant operates Chicopee’s ski lifts safely and efficiently during the winter season, assisting guests with loading and unloading, monitoring lift operations, enforcing safety rules, maintaining access areas, and managing snow and ice. The role requires strong customer service, communication, physical fitness, outdoor winter-work ability, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional shifts. Prior lift-operation or winter-recreation experience is an asset but not required.
