Description
ADES Lifting is seeking a lifting operations specialist to govern and monitor lifting policies across assigned drilling locations. The role plans audits and site visits, provides technical guidance to rig crews, evaluates crane operators and lifting teams, delivers training, tracks performance and action closure, maintains lifting accident statistics, investigates incidents as a subject matter expert, and oversees third-party inspections of lifting equipment. Candidates need at least five years of drilling-field experience, strong English and Microsoft Office skills, and mandatory lifting-related qualifications including LEEA, Lifting Supervisor Visa, APOLO, BSEN, and ASME certifications.
