Bosch Home Comfort Group is seeking a highly experienced individual to lead the Light Commercial Air Conditioning Product Team Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, focusing on Packaged Air Conditioners for sales across all European markets. This role involves structuring and managing a competitive product portfolio, analyzing markets, planning turnover and margin, overseeing lifecycle management, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will define and execute optimal strategies for pricing, value proposition, and customer experience, aiming to achieve rapid market share growth.
