Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Light Equipment Operator 2 for its South Plant in Crawfordsville. The role operates finishing and packaging equipment, sets up and adjusts machines, creates job packets, enters final counts into software, and performs routine maintenance and minor repairs. The position works 8- or 10-hour day, afternoon, or night shifts, including the specified second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and pays $20.75-$25.00 per hour for the day shift with a 7% increase for second and third shifts.
