Description
RRD is hiring a Light Equipment Operator for a third-shift role operating offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment. The operator will set up and adjust machines, clean and lubricate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and may coordinate crew assignments and train new team members. The schedule runs Sunday at 11:00 p.m. through Friday at 7:00 a.m., with occasional overtime and a $2 per hour shift premium. The stated pay range is $20.50–$23.00 per hour, with a starting minimum rate of $23.50 per hour including shift differential.
