Description
The Senior Maintenance Manager leads maintenance supervisors and technicians at the McDonough Distribution Center, overseeing PLC-controlled conveyor, sortation, robotics, RFID, and facility systems. The role owns preventive, condition-based, and continuous-improvement maintenance programs; manages reliability KPIs, projects, budgets, vendors, and team development; and coordinates with Operations, HR, EHS, and Logistics. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive maintenance or reliability experience, and at least three years of team leadership experience.
