Visual Comfort & Co. is hiring a Lighting Sales Consultant to combine showroom sales with technical project design for lighting and automated shading solutions. The role serves trade and consumer clients, manages the sales pipeline, develops relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners, prepares construction documentation and bills of materials, and supports projects from inception through completion. Candidates need at least three years of retail or showroom sales experience, prior experience in the design or building products industry, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of lighting specifications, control systems, and project documentation. The position is onsite, offers a $70,000–$75,000 base salary plus a monthly bonus opportunity, and includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
