Visual Comfort & Co. is hiring a Lighting Sales Representative to acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing ones in residential building, interior design, architecture, home technology integration, and electrical contracting markets. The role leads the sales process, conducts 16 face-to-face sales calls per week, manages customer retention and growth, uses a proprietary CRM, and supports solution development and implementation. It requires at least five years of consultative sales experience, three years in custom home building, interior design, luxury home furnishings, or lighting, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, medical, vision, and dental benefits, and compensation of $80,000–$90,000 plus uncapped variable compensation.
