Engage Studios is hiring one full-time, on-site Automotive Lighting Design Engineer for a long-term assignment with a client on Sweden's west coast. The role bridges design and engineering for exterior and interior automotive lighting, develops concepts and physical lamp prototypes, communicates design intent, sets up concepts in Catia and optical software, benchmarks competitors, supports suppliers, and documents feasibility. Candidates need deep automotive lamp technology knowledge, lighting concept or component design experience, Catia and Teamcenter proficiency, a technical degree or equivalent, and at least 10 years of automotive experience. Fluent English and occasional China travel are required; design-studio experience, optical software, and Mandarin are preferred.
