Netflix Animation Studios is hiring a Lighting Supervisor to lead the lighting team for an upcoming animated feature film. The role oversees lighting of shots and sequences, mentors lighting artists, collaborates with VFX, cinematography, production design, and other departments, develops lighting tools and workflows, and troubleshoots technical and artistic challenges. Candidates need significant feature-animation, VFX, or high-end-series lighting experience, including lead or supervisory experience, along with strong lighting and rendering skills. The position is based in Sydney, Australia, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the office.
