Description
BillionToOne is hiring a LIMS Associate to support clinical patient testing in a high-throughput CLIA laboratory. The role coordinates technology transfers between lab staff and LIMS engineers, triages and resolves LIMS support tickets, monitors sample queues and usage patterns, documents new workflow versions, and identifies improvements. It is an onsite position at the Union City lab with flexibility to work from home or at the Menlo Park site when applicable. The position requires a bachelor's degree with a biological or computational focus, laboratory bench experience, LIMS or lab-tool experience, and advanced troubleshooting skills. Compensation includes a base pay range of up to $85,748 per year, semi-annual bonus eligibility, equity, and a total annual compensation package of $104,322.
