The LIMS Consultant will support customers after purchase by implementing the Labbit laboratory information management system. The role covers requirements gathering, solution design, LIMS configuration, testing, documentation, training, support-ticket resolution, project coordination, and customer collaboration. Candidates need a life sciences background, laboratory or LIMS experience, familiarity with scientific software and data-handling technologies, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position is remote within the United States, open to candidates based in Canada, and offers hybrid work for those near the Victoria, British Columbia headquarters.
