MoonTower Cafe is hiring a full-time Line Cook for its Monday-Friday morning-to-afternoon service, with no weekends. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, controls portioning and food quality, handles ticket collection and records, cleans and organizes the kitchen, operates equipment, and supports production planning, ordering, and reporting. The cook must have previous hotel cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and must have English proficiency and conversational skills.
