The Food Truck Cook prepares and serves food from a food truck, maintains kitchen and vehicle sanitation, handles cash and payments, and provides customer service. The role requires food-safety knowledge, kitchen and cooking skills, reliable scheduling, teamwork, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. It is full-time, non-exempt, pays $18.00–$19.50 per hour plus tips, and requires a high school diploma or GED, food-handler certification, and a clean driving record.
