Description
The Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications; maintains a clean and sanitary workstation; coordinates with kitchen staff during service; and assists with station setup, food preparation, and inventory rotation. Prior line cook and high-volume restaurant experience are preferred, and the role pays $20 per hour with medical, dental, vision insurance, employee discount, paid time off, personal days, and seven federal holidays.
