Solid Rock Cafe is hiring a full-time Breakfast & Lunch Line Cook to prepare, cook, plate, and plate breakfast and lunch items according to recipes and quality standards. The role includes setting up and stocking stations, maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness, operating equipment safely, monitoring portions and presentation, supporting prep and end-of-shift cleaning, and collaborating with front-of-house staff. Applicants need at least one year of kitchen or line cook experience, strong food-safety and kitchen-operation knowledge, reliable teamwork, flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.
