Line Cook at Double Tree by Hilton and Haley & Bear

Haley & Bear American Bistro is hiring reliable Line Cooks for full-time and part-time openings in downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The role prepares food for restaurant service, banquets, and catering events across grill, sauté, oven, and pantry stations; follows recipes, portions, plating, food-safety, and storage standards; and supports the team during busy service. The schedule is five nights per week from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with morning and evening shifts available. Kitchen experience is preferred, while dependability, teamwork, calmness under pressure, and a willingness to learn are emphasized. Full-time employees may receive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits after 60 days.
