Encore Community Services is hiring two full-time, in-person Line Cooks in Midtown Manhattan for 35 hours per week. The cooks will prepare meals for Encore’s senior programs, follow standardized recipes and portion-control standards, maintain food safety and sanitation, operate kitchen equipment, and support meal packaging and inventory. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certificate or ability to pass the required exam, and at least two years of professional cooking experience. Compensation is $23.07 per hour or $42,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and other benefits.
