Description
Evening Entertainment Group is hiring a Line Cook for its Casa Amigos restaurant on a full-time or part-time basis. The role prepares and cooks dishes, operates kitchen equipment, follows recipes and food-safety standards, collaborates with kitchen staff, maintains a clean workspace, and assists with inventory management and stock rotation. Candidates need prior Line Cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen, food-preparation and knife skills, food-safety knowledge, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
