Description
The Line Cook will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, support inventory and food storage, collaborate with kitchen staff, and follow food safety and sanitation regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior kitchen or food-service experience, and basic food-safety knowledge; a culinary degree or certification, Italian-cuisine experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
