SanTan Brewing Company is hiring a full-time Pub Kitchen Chef for its Spirit House restaurant in Chandler, Arizona. The role oversees food quality, preparation, portioning, kitchen cleanliness, food-safety compliance, and the hiring and training of cooks and dish crew. The chef must work a 10-hour shift every weekend, holidays, and as needed, with in-person work in a restaurant and food-truck environment. Culinary experience is required, along with Maricopa County or nationally accredited food-safety certification within 30 days of hire.
