Line Cook at Under Canvas

Under Canvas is hiring a seasonal, hourly Line Cook to work in live-fire kitchens and various food-service stations, including grill, sauté, fry, prep, pantry, and outdoor pop-up dining experiences. The role prepares and plates dishes, supports food safety and sanitation, collaborates with guests and team members, and helps improve menu programming and operations. A high school diploma or GED and ServSafe certification are preferred, while line or grill cook experience is preferred but not required. The position requires physical work in outdoor and extreme-weather conditions and offers health insurance and other benefits.
