The Banquet Cook prepares banquet and catered-event food according to Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel specifications, maintaining quality, quantity, presentation, portioning, sanitation, and kitchen safety. The role communicates with Banquet Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Lead Line Cooks, prepares food using established recipes and equipment, and assists with kitchen setup, execution, and breakdown. It is an on-call/casual position with a starting salary of $21.91 to $23.00 per hour, full employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, and other benefits.
