Description
The Line Cook prepares and cooks meals in a high-volume casino resort kitchen, following recipes and presentation standards, rotating through kitchen stations, maintaining food safety and sanitation, operating kitchen equipment, and supporting menu development and service operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, food preparation knowledge, the ability to follow procedures and read recipes, and a Class II gaming license and Washington State Food Worker Card; a culinary arts degree and one year of high-volume line or production cooking experience are preferred. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus and pays $22.00 per hour, DOE.
