Description
Hook It Up Fish & Chips is hiring a Line Cook in Santa Fe to prepare and cook fish, shrimp, chicken, fries, and other menu items; set up and maintain kitchen stations; complete daily prep; monitor cooking times and temperatures; execute guest orders; store and label food safely; and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation. The role requires basic food preparation and kitchen-safety knowledge, comfort with commercial kitchen equipment, teamwork, physical stamina, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and New Mexico Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain it. Previous line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred, and the pay is $18.20 per hour plus tips.
