Description
The Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items according to Trapper's Sushi recipes and presentation standards, maintains sanitation and food-safety procedures, supports kitchen operations during peak service, and coordinates with back-of-house and front-of-house teams. The role requires at least one year of line cook or kitchen experience, a valid Washington State Food Worker Card, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.00 per hour plus tips, with medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement matching, and other benefits.
